BSA Conference 2018 – Staying relevant in a digital world
Ahead of this years’ BSA Conference, we have been working on our 2018/2019 digital proposition to make available at this year’s event.
Our strategy is based upon our key aim of making innovation affordable and leading the UK’s Local and Regional building societies towards the forefront of the fintech revolution.
We have some simple objectives for our digital strategy:
– To enable a new customer to onboard themselves in less than 10 minutes
– To provide a customer experience for the online management of accounts akin to mainstream banks
– To automate the process of origination in branch, through intermediaries and directly to the consumer
– To streamline the underwriting process; eliminating paper, embracing workflow, automating assessment and valuation, overall driving faster times to completion
Being on home ground this year, we have pulled all the stops out and have taken a prominent stand at the front of the exhibition hall – You can’t miss us!
