We have secured the rights from Foretel to market and develop Podium, the industry centric customer contact and relationship management solution. This acquisition is set to offer Building Societies and Small Banks a packaged CRM designed with their specific needs in mind.

Podium is a sophisticated customer centric contact and relationship management solution which improves retention rates and increases success rates on new sales and compliance initiatives. Podium also has a UK regulatory compliant webchat and a powerful real time reporting suite and dashboards.
