Our Community

As a community owned platform, it will come as no surprise that we value our customers and partners above all else. The technology platform that we provide is after all, for you. As the pace of technology change continues to accelerate, and with your customers demanding ever more digitisation, it’s great to be able to draw on the experience of a strategic partner and a friendly community of like-minded financial service providers that are all striving for the same goal – to offer great products and services to your customers.

Your Community - Your Platform

Mutual Vision delivers innovation to our customers through enabling collaborative investment in technology based on ethical and mutual principles. We were founded on the same business model as building societies, but instead of bricks and mortar, we’re building a platform and digital ecosystem with the sole purpose of delivering digitisation to our ever-growing community of customers.

Whilst we’ve grown to service all sectors of Financial Services, our purpose, vision, mission and values still reflect our founding principles. We believe that the customer community should own the technology platform they are using to deliver better outcomes for their customers, so that’s why each and every customer has the opportunity to become a shareholder in Mutual Vision and with it, the opportunity to shape the future direction of the business and platform.

We believe that by working collaboratively with our customer and partners we can transform and elevate our industry in a meaningful and impactful way.

Customers

Over the last 30 years, we have built our loyal community of customers to include over half of all UK Building Societies as well as banks and other types of specialist lenders.

Collaboration is central to our growth as a business which is why we are always looking for ways to engage with our customers. Community meet ups, product roadmap updates, special interest groups, and regulatory updates are just some of the ways we love to engage with you and hear your ideas.

Our Partners

We’re very proud of our partner ecosystem at Mutual Vision. We are always on the lookout for the latest technology providers that can provide our customers with market-leading solutions that can help them become more agile and responsive to the ever-changing landscape of the financial services industry.

Through our ever-growing ecosystem of partners, we are excited to see what this diverse functionality will mean for our customers at Mutual Vision, and the positive impact this will have on our community in the years ahead.
